Read the filings the Company has had a convertible Preferred stock since 2006, in 2016 the Preferred was converted to Common and eliminated. The PD groups complained and made up stories the company created a new class of Preferred and converted the Common back to Preferred.

Its a none issue the Preferred gets R/S the same as Common....
