Received a response from IR today:

My question:
Is there any way for shareholders to get in contact with the VC firm who has taken control of the company to request that they don't wipe us out in a reverse split, or is this already a foregone conclusion at this point that they have no choice but to reverse split the stock? Thank you.

IR response:
We asked again today when will they take over it. They said give us few more days
