Call your financial advisor and ask about spcl, call all your friends financial advisors and ask them too. They wont know anything about it. In proportionate dollars, the total amount of capital invested in SPCL is astronomically tiny. The OTC market in its entirety is a niche in itself compared to the whole financial market.
