Yeah, but it's not a fake merger, Oncolix owns 66% of AEPP and the SPA is complete and final. AEPP is a clean shell with no debt or liabilities. There is really nothing that will hold this up.

Only way this doesn't go through is if somehow Oncolix gets purchased before the merger closing. This is a DONE deal.
