Windows 10 has been the most uncomfortable and perceived evil to me. I don't know how evil, as opposed just trying to take more market share any way microsoft can. But w10 really is the most possessive and intrusive windows OS by far IMO. Ever since windows started including their update service by default, I can't help but believe that is just another way for MS to check your system for what they believe would be pirated programs. The update service does keep complete logs of your system in protected files you can not delete and sends them home to MS all the time, not just at update time.

I do not need that kind of protection. I'm partially with the conspiracy theories that MS uses the updates and running in the background services that are associated with remote console control for spying purposes. Microsoft threw in with the big media providers years ago and ever since vista has been protecting media biggies with assorted programs in the operating services.

I think it was like 2004 or 5 that MS had a huge meeting with most of the big media providers including Sony and Samsung and stated to all of them that MS would be the operating system of choice to protect big media from us normal people who they consider criminals because we have the audacity to copy a file off of their media we already paid a high price for.

But basically I guess it's whatever floats your boat.
