I agree, I would buy at $.36, then sell it as fast as I could. This deal seems odd, either they didn't need much money, or this is all they could drum up. I suppose there could be another PIPE in the works. Does anyone know if the Asia Pacific deal closed, I don't remember seeing a 8-K.
