TrueTrades, are you saying that INNV received 2 or 3 CRLs from the FDA for Fluticare, which has set back review/approval for an additional 6 months at a time, so that's why it has seemingly been taking about an extra 18 months or so for Fluticare?
Is so, where is the proof of that? I wonder what the reason for a CRL would be, a simple typo or missing period or smudge-mark on the paperwork?
INNV hasn't directly or inderctly submitted any other drugs to the FDA, so you have to be referencing Fluticare, correct?
If INNV received a couple/few CRLs regarding Flutciare from the FDA, that's just more proof to me that GSK/Bayer either got early Flonase/Clarispray OTC approval, either because they developed the drug and/or paid off the FDA for fast track and to slow down INNVs approval.
If the longest it could take for Fluticare OTC approval is 36 months, plus 3 CRLs, add an 18 additional months, for a total of 54 months, in other words 4.5 years.
