I am rather baffled that Tim Huff could get such a positive deal.

Venture capitol funding for Sanswire3 will be a given when the Strat passes the tests.

Lets hope GTE gets the full $3 M to fund GTE closer to/at break even.

The downside is debtholders can convert their notes into shares at any time. They will obviously want the SP higher but I would like them not to sell into the first wave.
