Or maybe there is an NDA that SFOR can't be mentioned (SFOR is mentioned on ACS's website as the license holder, look in their Q&A section). When Waller is speaking to potential ACS clients, why would he mention SFOR. HERE IS THERE TO SELL ACS's PRODUCTS (like cygate).

When HSN is doing a sales pitch on a dell laptop why don't they name every subcontractor that played a part in the manufacturing of the chips, wires, wiring harnesses, sensors, etc.
