Debt financing? Forget it.Its a bargain to covert warrants then sign a deal with CIT. Signing with them is worse the the devil.
Im lost as to what collateral they can borrow against.I know of no ther solution for their case then dilution. I'm also curious how much Duma's is worth. Maybe he's a partner on the lending.Either way, it was coming and all I have to say is ta da.!
