Not where the problem lies. Eventually revenues will come in to play with net earnings per share. Notice how there are no buyers? Buyers see the bloated O/S, because they know the slices are smaller going forward than they have been, no interest. EPS is figured by dividing net revenue by the O/S. The bigger the O/S, the smaller the EPS, which is a major driver of share price.
