I like your more moderate tone. Eloquently stated.
A BOD will NOT meet as often as some might wish. But there are other formats they can follow, each representing another style of communication. The Chairman will decide such matters.
Something I know we could use here is a moderate tone. Without us shareholders there could be no company. Our responsibility right now is to stand with our leaders and not vent on public boards. Our frustrations are quite meaningless in comparison to burdens being carried by critical others. Any one of us can effectively sling arrows, unintentionally piercing Ray's confidence. I very much doubt that's anything we'd want to take place.
This is a public board just like any other media channel dedicated to airing thoughts, ideas and emotional outbursts.
The main caveat lies in the bad blood we encourage.
We can do better.
