When a stock's at this low a level it can only trade between $.0001 and $.0002, $.0002 and $.0003 and $.0003 and $.0004, etc.

Look at how it's traded over the past year and you'll see that.

Anyway, it's only a stock to be traded if you have the nerve. Read my sticky documenting Miller's failures.
