CoroWare is dead. No business, no management, and massive debts that remain. That is it. The claims of them merging were clearly bogus and only intended to help the toxic death spiral convertible holders dump a few more shares onto new bagholders before COWI disappears forever.

Delaware charges $10 for corporate status, but I bet that if someone took the time to do the research and paid the fee, they would see the company is probably in default. Dead.
