How will the new company justify the lofty figures of $.25 - $1/share after the IPO?
A number of posters have stated that Oncolix was a billion $$$ company. That is incorrect. Even after the merger with AEPP, the new company will not be a billion dollar company, not even close.
Oncolix is still in the business of raising money. They have raised $8M to date. They have no revenue. They have no profits. They have no product that has been approved by the FDA and is on the market and revenue-producing. They are an early clinical stage company.
