Please provide a case number. And why isn't the fda stopping LSMP from being sold in Walmart?

As to why the FDA isn't stopping Walmart now, I believe that the process is:

1) Warn
2) Try to resolve
3) Close if resolved to the FDA's satisfaction

A warning letter isn't the same as an enforcement action, and DEWM has yet to be hit with "enforcement" (the FDA pulling the product), probably because the FDA thought that Moran and DEWM were operating in good faith.

The recent ramp-up in Lean marketing and promotion, using the same formulation, names and packaging, could draw an enforcement action from the FDA, but bureaucracies are generally slow to act.
