I just noticed that the deposition notice for Wechselberger was 4/13 and his deposition notes weren't released until 5/17 when they were due. According to the appeal schedule we will not see this deposition until 7/31 when everything else is due. So they will either settle between now and then if they have no more evidence or they will keep looking for evidence until then to maybe find something. I'd say August would be a good guess for an early settlement if it does happen.
