My suggestion at the ASM was to pay a regular quarterly dividend PLUS an annual special dividend based on a fOrmula as a percentage of profits.

My comment of paying an annual special dividend was to reward shareholders, just like 'paying incentives to insiders' rewards the insiders.

That part of my comment was totally omitted, and the 'pat' comment of "....reviewing dividends regularly ....' was given with no indication of perhaps it is time to do something like that!
