Plot twist: Imagine Goh takes 51% control of Migme and makes executive decision to merge with SPCL foregoing needing to send out vote proxys prior to merger. THAT would be an epic bombshell to drop before the 4th! AND THE ROCKETS RED GLARE! (singing in 'Merica) haha
