One of the minor concern is that all P, K, U are still individually listed but not lump together. The broker is doing so is easily to determined who is who for future distribution. In other words, the preferreds are capped. This is one of the AC point.

Of course, AC says that all the assets will not be returned to LT.

By the way, I have 80% of preferreds, and 20% of commons.
