Agreed, Steely. Your assessment makes perfect sense. I too would take a buyout like that and run. At 500 million, that takes us roughly to .45; at 750 million, that takes us to roughly .66.

In either case, I would be elated. I also want to be sure folks understand, as you stated, that these prices are a goal.
