I will give you the 25% that insiders own, but who says they are converting??? there is nothing saying the insiders said they are converting!! Can you show me where they said they would be converting their ownership in XTRN to XREE??

But lets say they are... for the "deal" purposes they are just shareholders converting (well "exchanging") their shares for XREE shares... so they are part of the 60% of the peeps who need to exchange their shares....

So what is not fact of what I have said??

PS. I was the one who pointed out that the insiders owned approximately 25% of the old OS...
