Stop the outright lies. First off XREE already owned 25 percent of OS prior to this merger even being announced as you have shown us in the past in filings. Do you forget you show us these things??? Secondly can you show me exactly where it says that investors must convert to equal 60 percent of OS. All I see is that XREE has to own that much for deal to close. For someone who is so fact based you sure don't put any truth out there.
