For some people definitely...but not for me. I quoted the exact wording of the lateness notification.
It didn't make any mention of "because the Proxy and special shareholder meeting had to be successfully completed first" and as I said, could not have been due to difficulties in determining Revenues from the company's Sales/Invoice Register.

BTW, there's no reason at all that the process of increasing the share authorization would have slowed the 10-K filing. It shouldn't amount to anything more than a mention in the Subsequent Events section.
