I'm calling it, EOY forecast is .0335, How? I forecast the price of PGPM will trade .0335 by the end of this year 2017. I use the high of .0183(Not the .02 high cause that was a flash in the pan on the open), subtract the low today of .0031(Which I think is the low for the next move higher), that gives you a .0152 trading range to chop around in, but when it breaks out above .0183 then I add the range of .0152 to it, and that projects a target price of .0335 imo for PGPM buy the end of this year. Easy 8X-9X your money in the next 6 months here imo PGPM
