Need many rs to steal share holder share/ when share holder have less 1 share it paid cash/ ge looking for more vessel purchase/ spend american $ fast/ over pay vessel for profit/ ge criminal mind/ sac/nasdaq done nothing to protect share holder/ short make millions/ all ge involved will rs/ dilute below 40x value / Equity book value: approximately $442.2 million (or $78.23 per share)/ only criminal would dilute share 1.75/
