You guess at a mOS of 20 months, but when comparing this trial to the other trials, aren't you talking about a skewed starting point of where survival is measured from, from surgery in the other trials vs from randomization in the dc-vax trial? In other words, in the way survival is measured in this trial, a 20 mo survival in the other trials would represent 17 mo OS in this trial, would it not? I suspect that this is and will continue to be a source of confusion.
