Jammy, I think you are over reading my posts.

I do agree that the OS results could well look good, but I am not going as far as to predict they do. And approval has more issues than just this, like what the F happened to PFS.

To be honest, if at some point in time a clear bet on OS is available I might well buy a lotto ticket. But NWBO still has issues to overcome first (cash, PFS and more).

BTW, you understate it when you say the management issue is "trust". I am virtually certainly they have used the public stock to build out Cognate, and do not even have any rights to those $100Ms.
