If a private company was generating revenue... (which is what VRSI is purported to do...) it would be very easy for them to pick a CLEAN shell and complete a RM.
So, then- why would they agree to a "shell" company with (i only assume from these delays in getting current) to Be "acquired" from a company with nothing. And keep in mind, when they "agreed" NSAV still wasn't current. CEO had been there for over a year at that point, and months later (now) still is having issues with auditing financials. The deal and story line make no logical sense, to me anyway.
And when you throw in all the other issues with timing and lack of details, the latest tweets appear like the last hoorah. I hope not...
That's why (for me, and in my opinion) transparency in those 3billion shares is tantamount. There's no validity in anything from VRSI otherwise, or any of this. But I guess that horse is well beaten by now?
