Enrollment being skewed is not the issue. The point is that survival numbers had better skew differently from the enrollment numbers. You simply are not addressing the split - how many of the current survivors are likely to be treatment arm? If you think you have a way to know that then please explain and tell me how many of the 100 you think are placebo and why. That is not a simple question and it's very important - imo you can't celebrate simple survival number at all without predicting the split.
