I am certain that the FINS are out long time ago, otherwise they cant go buying other companies if the balance sheet is not ready.

They delay is simple they r converting, they said that in yesterdays PR, which confirms our thoughts.

my prediction is 10M lot will be chasing ask very soon look at it its similar to their moves ... where a big bid sits there VNDM doesn't move down and then they make sudden big buys on ask .

in all cases all is good :))
