Ever consider the possibility that they disagreed on what should have been in it? Maybe they agreed to disagree and went their separate ways. Maybe the SEC is aware of this through his attorney. Why else has the ticker not been delisted, revoked, whatever? With all due respect,perhaps you may see things the way you want them and not the way they are. I don't know. What I do know, there are plenty of CEO's that pump their tickers, oh I don't know,, like all of them.What the heck, its their job.
