Campo had said 10K was done! But then claimed that his attorney reviewed it and he could not file it. We all know the financials are bad. So since it was not because of the financials I wonder what material fact other than the material fact the company being linked to Gotshalk and other felons would cause Campo not to file the 10K.

This is just my opinion.. Make sure you do your own DD.
