Oh wait, they do have a call center, when you call Imbutek, who picks up? a phone representative lol! The PR is actually BNG, and when another outside source who is also reselling the product on Amazon confirms that it makes it PRETTY hard to dispute! LOL.

Ok lets look at the numbers, and this is only dealing with NoHo, losing small amounts of money on a product that is being pushed back into distribution is acceptable.
