Are letters of intent for future businesses any different that the current companies prior statements of "as many as 6 bidders for IMSC", or "we're evaluating refinancing options", or "the future looks great for IMSC", or "this is the final victory lap", or "we expect 30 million after bankruptcy"?

How are those forward looking statements that only a rare few had any issues with, any different than future statements about the new company? If failed future forecasts were an issue for anyone here, then surely they would have sold at least a year ago! So why suddenly now are future forecasts in a pink sheet such an issue?

"The future is bright" is the story with any garbage pink sheet. So why throw dirt at this one?
