Yeah we had one of those Letters of Intent with a flyboard manufacturer named Zapata if you recall who are currently looking to personally sue Bob in NY State court for blatantly disregarding the terms of said LOI.

Also that news source has not been verified and the company themselves haven't released any PR so we aren't dealing with fact yet.

Lastly please refer to court documentation as to what our shares will look like when we they are diluted by our percentage of ownership of a given new entperprise.
