You can't undo what has already been done. And I would be a majority of the current shares were issued fraudulently. And therefore the financial statements cannot be audited, and the Company cannot register its shares.
Once a scam, always a scam.
And no legitimate private company would merge with a fraudulent shell. There is no shortage of actual "clean" shells. Or, they could actually go public on their own. There is absolutely no reason a real company would merge with a fraudulent shell. NONE.
