Iceweb when acquired CTC and KCNAP and renamed itself as Unifiedonline, it basically acquired "at least" following main assets:

1) Holly datacenter (https://cloudandcolocation.com/datacenters/ctc-wireless-internet-kansas-city-data-center-holly/ )
2) KCNAP
3) Network of 49 wireless transmitters in Kansas City (https://www.manta.com/c/mmq676m/computers-tele-comm-inc )

Besides Holly DC, there was an additional DC as well. Holly DC is onsale for 1.1M (subtract this from existing market cap, and they don't seem to be in any hurry to dispose it off either )

I also think that they transferred and subcontracted another company to manage their existing customer base before dismantling their own employee base to conserve cash and focus on the ongoing patents.

Additionally Iceweb had its own array of patents e.g. google "iceSTROM" and these patents are still intact.

It seems that quite a few things are happening, and unlike any other penny POS company, this company is super quiet and not promoting itself.

Let's also do some DD on above points as well.
