If they converted all B shares the company would have as much common stock as a most on the OTC. Would still have less than a particular company that I may signal to however will stay at bay.

If only DP would come clean as to how much he spends each year to lobby the government and industry around him in order to position Terra Tech. Unfortunately we have no idea what happens behind the scenes and this is how it will be until the industry matures. It's all a guessing game.
