LOL, There are 40,000,000 B shares let me repeat that 40,000,000!!! They convert at 5.3 to 1 into over 200000000 common shares!!! I can assure you I will never INVEST in a company with a share structure like that ever again!! I can assure you the other company you are referring to has no such structure!

While I dislike the language, if they only had a couple million shares I could deal with it but not 40,000,000!!!

BTW I noticed you didn't defend the can't happen until 2018 or statement you made.
