FEW focused on the really relevant issues: assessing correctly the pro's and con's of EACH of the FOUR active participants: NWBO; Manipulative Shorts; Neil Woodford and Retail Owners (here and Yahoo MB). It is only with the correct assessment of ALL FOUR will someone have coming out: "smelling like a rose" with the obvious exclusion of a vast, deep pocketed, manipulative network and retail shorts. Clearly not an easy task to decipher, especially with so many chefs in this overcrowded kitchen who were reluctant to stick their necks out preferring an academic approach: hands off. AND all of that was transparent to Adam Feuerstein!

As a result of the inability to correctly assess from a stock price point of view EACH of the 4 parties identified above, FEW sold!!....... and yet...... NWBO still has burned to a crisp.

Late in 2015 the following Key and Pivotal Events Occurred :
1) Neil Woodford's funds bought $190 mln of NWBO stock(avg of ~$6.85) mostly in Direct Placements as well as on the Open Market driving the share price from $8 to over $12
2) Oct 2015 Phase V tome for a Tomb appeared on Seeking Alpha
3)Lots of UK Press and "journalists" (planted and asked to return favors to manipulator network) pressured Woodford via his newly set up enterprise with lots of new fund owners requiring answers Phase V tome of a Tomb.
4) Woodford funds alleging Cognate and Governance issues
5) Woodford place his last purchase via a Direct Placement of $30 mln with no discount
6) ONDRA Affair where recently anointed partner demanded all the NWBO Intellectual Property documents
7) Woodford rather than doing this behind closed doors PUBLICLY demanded 2 Board Seats and designate his own Investigator.
8)Only recently has Neil Woodford acknowledged that he has neither sold nor intends to buy any more until ALL litigation is cleared up: I never thought, as expressed in my past posts, after the ONDRA AFFAIR that Woodford would be allowed legally to average down (UNLIKE TOO MANY HERE) due to what disclosures that were made and KNOWN ONLY between the TWO parties under a NDA on top of what I correctly sensed percolating and boiling in CEO Linda Powers having to deal with the ravages of TOXIC financing. You can blame it all on CEO Linda Powers but you need to fess up and not be in self denial what was clearly evident versus deal with destructive commentary: her fate was dealt a near Darwinian DEATH!

THIS LAST EVENT was the REAL CAUSE (END of DEEP POCKETED FINANCING by Woodford FUNDS) OF WHY NWBO SHARES HAVE BOMBED OUT FROM $4-$5 area to it's current 14-20 cts range. And that is despite all the buying on that DESCENT.

NWBO has been an exceedingly difficult and highly complex stock to fathom compounded by the FACT it was always a quasi public/Private company controlled by CEO Linda Powers that was further impacted since late 2015 by DRAMATICALLY heightened LEGAL, REGULATORY and SEC Investigation

Sadly ONLY RESULTS MATTER! whereas too many enjoy the supposed comfort of relying on what the herd certifies.

Reality talks.... in terms of either of the three: Buy/Hold/Sell ......trumps debating PIVOTAL topicS and lost in the details and avoiding a pronouncement of either Buy/Hold/Sell.

BTW I have 4 decades of professional experience as a:
1)stock analyst at Top Tier 1 firms;
2) a money mgr;
3)dealt with successful hedge funds on both the long and short side.
4)real estate developer
