"no way Marc can sell shares". = TRUE. They can not follow rule 144 as they have neglected to file numbers on OTC Markets for to many years. So, THE CEO CAN NOT sell shares. But it gets worse. Failure to provide public info leads to the SEC delisting stocks all the time. They will go through and round a bunch up and the ticker never trades again.

The litigation and drama stuff has nothing to do with the serious failures of IFUS to provide public financial filings for the PAST DECADE!!!

Scam or failure "debate"?????? What's the difference when the SEC delists this ticker for a number of pending reasons in regards to basic corporate things IFUS has and continues to NEGLECT.
