"You personally know" -- LOL. You are clearly misinformed then. Frank does not control a $7 billion dollar budget. He appears to be a high-level advisor.
Do you really want to keep hyping Frank's Pfizer power, and benefits for TAUG? If so, things are going to get much worse for Frank. That would be a shame.
