Well, in the present form, asset appreciation IS unfair. Why should people who make their living off of others via stocks pay less than half of what productive people pay on their profits than say, a manufacturer? Is that money somehow different? The main difference I see, since both take risks, is that the wealthiest investor class have manuvered the tax code so that they pay less than say, people like you? Then whine about being asked to chip in a more fair share?

I stick with my parasite analogy.
