I can't explain it. 939ESC968 is the symbol I have in TD AMERITRADE for my WAMUQ shares. In your Schwab account, does the share count match your Q or H holdings? In my other account, with Interactive Brokers, it has "WAMUQ.ESCWASHINGTON MUTUAL INC - ESCROW" as the symbol.

As AZ says, you need to know what you own.
