Kind of looks that way until they announce something else equally as spectacular from the ANNUAL meeting. Dilution, YES anything is possible, seed money from a partner, YES entirely possible but there is NO WAY they can cough up the $150 million needed to re-permit everything and who knows how much the EIS will cost or if its figured in to the $150 mil hyperbole.

I have a feeling more press releases are in the pipeline, so far they've averaged 2-3 fluffers per month.
