I'll be happy to pitch the city and idea to Roger. Though Rocket probably has a better response rate, he's got the red line. :P lol.

Though, I know a lot of argument could be made for a lot of cities, I think here in the heart of Silicon Valley and tech it would become much more newsworthy. Just the stark contrast alone against everything this area stands for, I guarantee all the local news would pick it up. Every single patron would post on yelp and FB. Around here the millennials motto is 'If it didn't happen on social media, it didn't happen!'

I could easily see all sorts of companies wanting to rent the whole place out for team building events.

Plus this area is world known, so all the folks from all over the world would take it experience back home.

You want to pitch that one Rocket? Otherwise I'll send an email in. Obviously Roger knows what he is doing, and is crazy busy already, but it could go on his list of places to consider.
