I think the closest you will get to any type of positive admission/statement regarding this case is what was posited for investors to sign-off on


AND that was the infamous ***FAIR and REASONABLE***


I believe this statement was thought of very, very carefully to represent a two-way payoff for one to sign timely releases.

The two-way meaning a payoff for NewCo/WMIH stock and our beloved Escrow Shares while never admitting a solvent bank was illegally seized then disguised legally by a 5th Amendment Taking
