You have to look at the Big Picture.

It is too early to be thinking about what Revenues Inter-loc Kings is making[JMO].

The real need is what Company Amfil buys to complement Inter-Loc Kings Revenues before they spin them off.

Surely Roger does have such a company in mind.... long before He announced this Dividend.
