Many thanks. It's a needlessly complicated story. They made so many stupid mistakes it's hard to know where to start, but there's one fundamental question.

I'm uncertain they actually conveyed the McCusker Holding (no s) assets to the public shell, but they seem to think they did. Will await your input.
